Important Vaccination Information

Stillwater Family Pharmacy is committed to our community’s health and has partnered with Stillwater County to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to eligible individuals.

Per CDC requirements and in order to meet the high demand for vaccines, we are REQUESTING THAT YOU schedule YOUR appointment and fill out OUR VACCINE consent form via our ONLINE scheduling tool.

Schedule Appointment

If there is no availability showing in the scheduling tool, then all available appointments are booked for our current vaccine supply. As we receive more vaccines we will add additional appointment times, and encourage you to check back at the end of each week.

It is very important that you complete all 3 steps in the online scheduling process and provide accurate information on your vaccination consent form. If you receive a 2-dose vaccine, your second dose will be scheduled for 28 days from the date of your first dose. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly, as second doses are reserved for those whom have received their first dose 28 days prior to the first.

You will receive an email confirmation for your scheduled appointment. The link to the consent form can be found in your appointment confirmation page in the scheduling tool, as well as in the confirmation email. A reminder email will send approximately 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, but we ask that you please keep track of your appointment date and time in the event of any technical errors beyond our control. Please arrive a few minutes early to your scheduled time.

Due to requirements from the CDC, state, and federal government, you will be asked to remain in the vaccination area for 15-30 minutes after your vaccine for observation. This requirement is for your safety and we cannot make exceptions, so please plan accordingly.
